6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and components are intact
  • The return request is made within the return window mentioned on our Return Policy page

We reserve the right to reject returns that:

  • Show signs of use or damage caused after delivery
  • Are missing original packaging or components
  • Fail quality inspection upon return

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection.

7. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • COD orders are subject to confirmation and may be cancelled if deemed suspicious or unserviceable.
  • Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to blocking of COD option for the customer.
