Shipping Policy – Glitza

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.


2. Payment Methods

We accept secure prepaid payments via:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Debit & Credit Cards
  • Net Banking

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments Gateway.


3. Shipping Options & Charges

We offer four delivery options at checkout. Customers can choose based on their urgency and preference:

🚚 Delhivery Standard - ₹65

  • Economical shipping option
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days
  • Best for regular orders

⚡ Delhivery Express - ₹100

  • Faster delivery service
  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days

🚚 DTDC Express - ₹125

  • Reliable mid-speed courier option
  • Delivery time: 3–4 business days

⚡ DTDC Premium - ₹150

  • Priority handling and fastest delivery option
  • Delivery time: 2–3 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges range from ₹65 to ₹150
  • Final shipping cost depends on:
    • Delivery method selected
    • Location
    • Package weight/size (if applicable)

All shipping charges are clearly shown at checkout before payment.


4. Order Value & COD Policy

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is NOT available for orders above ₹3,000
  • Orders above ₹3,000 must be prepaid only
  • Orders with cart value of ₹200 or below are eligible for prepaid payment only
  • COD is not available for low-value orders

5. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 2–7 business days depending on selected shipping method and location
  • Remote locations may take additional time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational disruptions.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to track your order in real time.


7. Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Glitza is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier operational issues
  • Weather conditions or natural disruptions
  • High order volumes
  • Incorrect address details

In such cases, we will coordinate with the shipping partner to ensure delivery.
